Growing in Grace Ministry Believes and Strives to Teach that:

bullet God is sovereign, having the absolute authority to exercise His will, plan and purpose according to His good pleasure. See Sovereignty of God.

bullet Salvation is based solely upon God's sovereignty in election and  His sovereign grace. Romans 13:1; Ephesians 1:21;Colossians 1:16-17;2:10).See Sovereign Grace of God in Election Chart.

bullet Salvation is through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ , obtained exclusively through His death, burial and resurrection (Romans 3:24-26; 5:17; 6:3-10).

bullet  Salvation is the gift of God and is completely non-meritorious. Mankind  cannot boast, for he has no input into it (Ephesians 2:8-9).   All works involved were completed by God in eternity (Ephesians 1:4-11; Romans 8: 29-30). See God's Eternal Plan of Salvation.

bullet Salvation is eternal, nothing can be done to earn nor lose it, therefore once saved always saved (Romans 8:29-30; Ephesians 1:13-14; Philippians 1:6).  See Eternal Security.

bulletJesus Christ  gave a new revelation to the apostle Paul , this  revelation which  was previously unknown is called the Mystery (Galatians 1:11-12; Ephesians 3:1-11; 6:19; Colossians 4:3).  This gospel was for the Body of Christ,  which is the church of the present dispensation of grace.

bullet

Paul was the apostle of the Gentiles (Romans 11:13; 1 Timothy 2:7; 2 Timothy 1:11). He was given a distinct gospel which he referred to as "my gospel" specifically the preaching of the Mystery (Romans 16:25).Paul's commission was different than the twelve kingdom disciples/ apostles (Matthew 10:1-7). See Distinguishing the Gospels Chart.

bullet

The apostle Paul and  the apostle Peter had two distinct  gospel messages unto two different groups of people (Galatians 2:7-9). See study Distinguishing the Gospels and Pre Tribulation Rapture and Post Tribulation 2nd Coming of Christ.
